IP6 contains 500 mg of purified Inositol Hexaphosphate (IP6) from rice bran extracted in Japan. IP6 is a phosphorylated form of inositol commonly found in fiber-rich plant foods. IP6 supports immunity and cardiovascular health byenhancing Natural Killer (NK) cells and chelating reactive iron toprotect against damaging hydroxyl free radicals.
Take 1 to 6 capsules per day on an empty stomach, or as directed by your qualified health care consultant. DO NOT take at the same time of day as minerals or medications. IP6 is an efficient mineral chelator and therefore should be taken only on an empty stomach.
